Here are the general steps for using a template on blogger

How to use

1. First, log in to your Google Blogger account
2. Go to the theme page
3. Click the bottom triangle button next to "Custom"
4. Click "Edit HTML"
5. Remove all previous template code
6. Then enter the bstrap template code
